Protecting our future generation on Bonaire!
How data can help for an effective approach against Domestic Violence and child abuse on Bonaire
Youth represent the future, including the future of science. But what happens when a high percentage of children on the islands are exposed to abuse? Is the prevalence higher than in the European Netherlands? What forms of abuse occur most frequently, and how can this shape society? In her keynote, Elly Rojer will analyze and categorize the available data and statistics to clarify these patterns and identify where further research is urgently needed.
