Statement concerning photographs and/or films

Participants of DCRW may be filmed or photographed. These films and photographs will be used for reporting purposes of the conference and will be published on the NWO/DCRW website, social media channels, and mailings.

Code of conduct

All attendees, speakers and partners at DCRW are required to read the following code of conduct. The organisers will enforce this code throughout the event. Cooperation is expected from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.


DCRW is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone. NWO does not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Improper or unacceptable language and imagery of this kind is not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks, or online social media. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference at the discretion of the conference organisers.

Entry conditions

Registration for DCRW is personal and non-transferable. Speakers and participants are not allowed to bring along other people or animals (service animals excluded), unless agreed upon with the organisation of DCRW.

Conference disclaimer

NWO uses the personal data for various purposes described below:

  • registration of DCRW delegates and visitors
  • carrying out admission control for DCRW
  • informing delegates and visitors about events they registered
  • voting procedure for poster prizes
  • activities pertaining to DCRW

NWO has engaged other parties to process personal data exclusively for NWO. NWO has entered into an agreement with these partners.
