Amber van Veghel
Amber van Veghel lives in Curacao and has been active in the field of food and sustainability for 7+ years. She is a Wageningen University Food Technology graduate, and is currently finishing her PhD on the environmental impact (e.g. carbon footprint, land footprint) of Aruba’s food supply, under the supervision of KU Leuven and the University of Aruba. With her company Truepial Consultancy & Research (TCR) she offers various services related to food and sustainability (www.tcr.earth).
